Standard Day Rate for full tracking facility usage is based upon a 10 hour day.
Rate Includes Engineer and Assistant

Standard Performance Tracking
This is our most cost effective offering for churches and schools!
Includes; remote recording session, two mix passes, mix down of your performance, 3 special mix CD's: Lead vocal minus, Music only and Vocal only, PLUS! 1000 single color printed CD's, 4 page jacket consisting of a 4 color outer sleeve and 2 page B&W insert. Plastic CD trays and shrink wrapping are included for a professional presentation. Mastering is also included.

Mileage is additional at a 1 way charge.

We think this is the possibly best value in the industry, and as such, is ONLY available to churches, educational institutions and certified charitable organizations. (Proof of 501c.3 status must be on file)

please read and understand these guidelines listed below carefully

Reserving Studio Session Time:

Reservation of studio time will be confirmed upon receipt of a PO or verbal statement from a record label or artist. Before time can be held a 50% deposit and credit card on file is required. Deposit must be received 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session dates.

Reserving Remote Session Time

Reservation of remote sessions require a 33% deposit at time of booking. 33% will be required upon site arrival, and the final 33% will be due upon receipt of your final product delivery.

Cancellation:

Cancellation must occur at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time.

Dark Pines Studios has the right to retain all deposits if studio time is not canceled within the time frame stated above. Dark Pines Studios reserves the right to charge full price for session cancellations that occur without proper notice, applied to the rescheduled sessions.

Policy:

No project in any form will be released without payment in full.

Payments:

We accept cash, check, money orders, Visa, Master Card, Discover and bank transfers as forms of payment.

All payments are to be made at the end of each days session.. no exceptions.  On multiple lock out days, payment balance will be expected at the end of the total combined lock out days.. no exceptions.

If paying by check, Dark Pines Studio reserves the right to hold all projects until funds are verified cleared by our bank.  Returned checks will be charged a $50.00 fee.

Project Storage:

Projects may be stored at Dark Pines Studios for a period of 90 (ninety) days after completion of project. Client must remove project from studio after this period or pay storage fees. Shipping charges are billed at cost. 

Project Contract:

A contract for our 'recording services' is required by Dark Pines Studio and its clients to help facilitate a complete understanding of what you can expect from us and what we expect from our clients. 

All rates quoted to the artist include the following: engineer, amps, keyboards, guitars, drums, and sample database as quoted as studio instruments.

All other items that are specific to an artists needs that shall be rented, will be applied to daily charges (at our cost) and paid for at the end of each days session.
